So, what you are saying is that you should expect to be ripped off and be yelled at by the employees, unless Ed is there? Doesn't sound so great to me.

You sometimes do things that you really feel bad about. And that was happened in this situation. I wrote the article, and once the owner Ed who was out of town when I returned my car was not there, when he returned he found out what had happened and immediatly repaired my car without charging me. How many companies would do that!! Thank you for everything
