All Tune and Lube a bunch of cocky clowns think their knock off parts r the best Darien, Illinois
We took our Jeep into the All Tune on Kingery Road for an oil change on January 5th and when they checked it they found that the differential and drive shaft pinion seal. We set up an appointment to go back the next Saturday, January 12th to drop it off and have it worked on.
We dropped it off and picked it up and then noticed it was still leaking. So we took it back the next Saturday, January 19th. Told the manager and he said they would fix it. We went back that afternoon to pick it up again. The next day noticed it was still leaking. So we took it back again the next Saturday, January 26th
The manager this time gave us an attitude about the whole situation and said he only uses international parts because they are the best.
So now he had to order a jeep part to put on a jeep. Apparently his international parts are not best for all vehicles. So we had to bring the jeep back on Monday night, January 28th, so they could work on it the next day. It hasn't leaked since. This cost $293.09 plus $27.97 for the oil change.
I wrote a letter complaining and mailed it to the main headquarters but they aren't responding. So now I highly recommend no one go to this place. You get nothing but bad attitude from them. They only use the parts they want on the vehicles, not caring about your safety in your vehicle. Only caring about you having to come back and spend more because something else will go wrong and they will have to fix that too.
