Over 2 months ago we paid to become a gold member with Alibaba, our agent that signed us up made many claims how we would be helped through the whole process by the Alibaba team, After a week and half we were assigned a agent who also told us they would handle every thing, Then after no communication for two weeks we contacted Jack who got us started and we found out that the first agent had quit and they were giving our membership to a new agent Miguela Miguel who would take over, after talking with her it was clear that Jack lied to us about the type of service we would get so we asked the current rep for a refund due to the deceptive practices when we joined . Jack is from a third party broiler room where they lie and cheat those not aware of what they are getting into, they say what ever they need to to steal your money .

They all told us we would receive our money in 7 to 10 days, but a month later nothing and no one answering our calls, they keep telling us that they tried to call us which is a bold face lie .

 

NO ONE SHOULD WORK WITH THIS COMPANY ITS ALL SCAM TO GET YOUR MONEY
