Alexandrina F Everleigh Alexandrina Flores Kelvin Chege - Individual claimed she would send e-concert tickets via email once PayPal (friends and family, with no payment protection) transaction had been completed.

Individual, Alexandria Flores Everleigh, posted on a local Facebook event page stating she had extra tickets for sale for a sold-out show. Once I contacted her and stated I could pay her via PayPal, she said she would email the e-tickets as soon as the payment had gone through.
After my payment was successful, she stated she would forward the tickets as soon as possible. But she kept sending me messages for 2 hours via FB stating she was trying to send them, couldn't get on her computer, was driving, etc.
I finally got the feeling it was a fraudulent transaction and went to message her that I would like to cancel my payment, and she had blocked me. I could no longer communicate with her or see her profile.
I tried to cancel/get refund of payment via PayPal but the option she asked me to select (cheaper fee, Friends and Family option) does not have payment protection attached and PayPal is refusing to refund/cancel payment.
I have completed transactions similar to this before and never had an issue.

This woman, who you don't know, claims to have these tickets.You send off your money to this woman you don't know to buy these tickets you've never seen. You come here expecting to get sympathy? Looks to me like the elevator doesn't reach the top floor!
