This company scours title records and sends property owners letters and purchase contracts that are intended to confirm names, addresses, ownership. They will make extraordinary offers to lure you into contact. You need to be careful if decide to contact these types of companies. If you send anything in writing, they can use that to steal your property or put a lien on it. My advice if you get an extraordinary offer, contact a local realtor and ask if there is activity around your property. Most realtors will act as a fiduciary even if you don't have a contract.
