Hello, I would not be taking the time to write this unless something serious happened. And it did. There are 101 Real Estate lead sources out there and some are good and some are bad. We all have spent money on both and have learned that it is part of the process. You win some and you lose some. But this company takes BAD to a whole different level.....
I received a call from their CEO, Anthony Vela. He was pitching his company called Agent Page based out of Houston. They offer verified seller leads local to my specified area. Name, phone number, email address, and property address. They have a team of ISAs that work on every lead that is generated from social media sites. The ISAs verify they are in the market to sell their home and they are not currently working with an agent. Many companies offer these types of leads. I was hesitant to sign up with their costly prices because I couldn't find much about the company online. So Anthony offered me a 5-day trial. I was super excited to participate in the trial because we all want these lead sources to work. I did receive leads but it was just a name, number and maybe an email. The property address wasn't included. So I asked Anthony Vela about this and he said you have to google the names or look on Facebook to find them. Immediately I realized they do not have ISAs call and work each lead and they are not verified leads. After further research online, I found addresses for the leads. Unfortunately, I realized most of them were not even local to my area or state. Many of the phone numbers were false and emails bounced back. It was a disappointing trial to say the least so I did not purchase.
About 2 weeks later I started receiving bad reviews on my real estate sites. I've been in business over 15 years and never had a bad review so this was puzzling. After further research, we found these reviews were coming from the CEO of Agent Page, Anthony Vela!
So this is a story of not only bad leads, but bad leadership! What CEO has time to post bad reviews for a Realtor who doesn't purchase their lead generation system.
So PLEASE all of my fellow REALTORS and BROKERS out there....BEWARE of Agent Page and their company CEO Anthony Vela.

I wanted to provide an update. An agreement has been made and all parties are satisfied and moving forward. No grievances remain.
