I ordered two pairs of shoes and only received one pair. The description said they ran too big so i ordered two sizes to try them on. My husband was home when shoes were delievered on 4/6/22 and only one pair in the delivery box.
I immediately called adidas customer service to report the missing item and they said not to worry I will get a refund and to reorder the missing item, so I trusted them and did, My card was recharged for the item. Two weeks go by and nothing I call back and customer service rep said that they are not refunding until an investigation is done which will take up to 21 days.
I was upset over the miss information given by the previous rep. Then 21 days Later nothing has been communicated to me. So I call back, only to find out the rep never submitted the investigation. So they are going to have to submit and it will take another 21 business days to get a response. I ask to speak to supervisor shamieka and she states that she has no idea why all the reps stated an investigation would take 21 days it takes 10 days.
She has never heard of it taking 21 days. So im confused and upset. Multiple reps told me the same thing. Shamieka assured she will handle It. 10 business days have now gone by with no emails/communication on any resolution so I call costomer service and the rep just told me it takes 21 days so I have to wait. I asked to talk to a supervisor and they are not available so they put me on a call back list which.
Yea I called numerous times waited the 24-48 hours that they claim I would get a call back from a supervisor and nothing. Called back only to find out that the rep never put in that request. As of today this has been going on for a 1.5 month. This company has lied to me multiple times and will not be purchasing their products ever again.
