Having come to the end of 1 week trial I found I was unable to unsubscribe.Their phone lines were unable to take any calls as the message said there was no one free to talk. The auto unsubscribe option didnt function, apparently due to an internal server error. I tried emailing with the address given but found no such site just leads to similar sites. I am waiting now for 22.49 to be deducted every month from my account with nothing I can do about It. I spoke to my bank Nat West who were of no help.
