Ramada Inn ripoff and very filthy bug infested fleabag of a motel Kissimee Florida
after studying motels close to disney my family decided to go to this motel thru hotels.com. I am here to tell you do not do business with either one of these companies. when we arrived at our room it smelled and was dirty, when we reported this to the front desk we were moved to another room that stunk a little less.
after spending a night we decide we were going to change motels and were told by the front desk that we could leave but there is no refunds because they are paid after we check out by hotels.com. when we called hotels.com we were told that there are refunds for any reason.
so needless to say we had to put up with a smelly, bug infested filthy room for the next 4 days thankfully we spent our days at disney and did not eat at this dump. we will never stay at another ramada or do business with hotels.com or any of there affilates again. after getting home i wrote letters to ramada home office and directly to kissimee with the same results, THE RUNAROUND
