WARNING: this site is a scam, makes false claims including claiming to offer source to iphones 100 less than average eBay prices. In fact source no longer has iphones in stock + had them at over 120 ABOVE ebay selling prices! This means no profit to be made. Also site claims join from 1 but then charges 22.99 after 7 days! Overall I would rate this as a scam since it does not offer what is advertised, it's just a trap selling dreams.

Wholesalescout Scam - Ripped Off

Hi, anyone to help....

I have asked my bank to investigate a regular 26.99 coming out of
my bank since May 2011.

First 1.20p then seven days later the debit card every
month of 26.99 and I could not stop it at the bank unless I made claim to
fraud. The bank just got back to me and all the details I am supposed to
have given and they want my comments and may pay them back the money they have had on
hold.

I dont remember ever instructing this company even with the 1.20p
and now may have to pay over 200 and ongoing if I dont 'cancel' this,
could anyone give some advice on the 'scam'.

I really am worried now about going on the
internet and my debit card getting used. I have no recollection about this
company.

False Claims Made About our Service

#3REBUTTAL Owner of company

Fri, January 29, 2010

Hi

You make several false claims in your report on our service which leads me to believe you have not used our service at all. When did you subscribe to our site? And what username did you use? If you had subscribed to our membership services we're certain you wouldn't have made some of the comments listed.

We take customer service very seriously and aim to help our customers source cheap wholesale products that are right for their requirements. We also give members every opportunity to contact us via email, live chat support, telephone and even old-fashioned post. If a member experiences a problem they are advised to contact us as a first port of call! 99% of the time customer queries can be resolved immediately.

We would like to address the false and indeed libellous claims you make in your review which frankly are nothing other than lies and completely defamatory to the service we provide our happy and profit-making membership base. To address your claims:

"this site is a scam" - We are not a scam site in the slightest. We have been providing a useful wholesale information service to hundreds of happy members for over two years. We do not under any circumstances act in any other way than that advertised on our website. Any member looking to subscribe to a dynamic wholesale resource and rely on regular profitable hints and tips from our research team will find that with us. Our subscription charges are what we take in order to fund this service.

"claiming to source iphones 100 less than average eBay prices" - We do not claim to have sourced iPhones at 100 less than eBay prices - we did. This is one of the comments that lead us to believe you have not used our service at all and are possibly trying to deter other members from capitalising on the offers we provide. As stated on the homepage of our website in November 2009 we tipped our members off on a supplier that had the, then brand-new, iPhone 3GS 16GB available at just 400/unit completely SIM Free (never locked).

At the time many highstreet stores were struggling to keep up with demand during the run up to Christmas 2009 which resulted in the average eBay sale price being around 500 per SIM Free phone - some times higher! This meant that the members who capitalised on this opportunity profited by around 100/unit. We have screen shots of ebay auctions which prove this and the supplier who offered this deal has their details clearly displayed in our members area so that, if you missed the deal first time round, you can enquire as to whether they will get in any more stock like this in the future. Even now phones of the same make and model are selling on eBay for around 500 (just take a look on there).

Our website clearly states that the November 2009 Christmas offer was supplied in the build up to Christmas hence the quote "With us you could have been there first" this serves as an example of the sort of offers our members can and do take advantage of.

"had them at over 120 ABOVE ebay" - Which supplier did you speak to? We have several official Apple suppliers that can still provide this phone, given the correct order quantities, for well below that of the current eBay price which seems to be around 475 at the moment. This comment seems to be completely fictitious. If you're a member and you're serious about sourcing Apple products in wholesale quantities contact us as I'm sure we can find you a profitable supplier. I can assure you we do not recommend wholesalers who offer products above eBay prices.

"site claims 1 but then charges 22.99 after 7 days" - You mention this as if we try to hide the fact that our service is provided in return for regular payments? Our site is constantly updated with new suppliers and new offers therefore we call our packages 'Subscriptions' as they are regular payments made in return for regular access to our resource. This is standard business practice for a membership service. There is no obligation to continue at any point. Any member can cancel at any time by simply emailing us.

"it does not offer what is advertised" - Again we would like to check whether you have used our service? All of the products and supplier offers advertised on our website are real deals - available as priced at the time of publication. We conduct our service exactly as advertised.

"just a trap selling dreams"
- We do not sell dreams in the slightest. Nor do we aim to 'trap' people. Users are free to use and then drop our service whenever they wish. We sell information which provides an opportunity for members to make a profit. Whether the member acts on this information or not is up to them. We spend time searching for trade suppliers so our members don't have to worry about that side of their business. However the member in question still needs to facilitate the acquisition of stock and it's subsequent re-sale at a profitable price which is obviously a lot of work. As the saying goes "there is no gain without pain" we take the pain away from the supply side of a re-seller's business but they still need to make the effort with their customers when re-selling which is hardly a dream but certainly better than working for a living.

In conclusion, if you are indeed a real customer, we wish for you to contact us to give us the opportunity to prove your comments are truly unfounded and that, if you're serious about buying wholesale, we can certainly help you.

Kind Regards
