Early 2018 Bernard O'Rourkes from Perth hired our company to provide software development services according to time and material basis for Jump.in startup:

After a couple of months he decided to put the development on hold. The final invoice for 5620 Euro was never paid.
That's a shame he did not ask to stop working when he knew he did not have the money (potentially waiting to get another round of funding). Instead we were wroking for a month and never received the payment for that.
I tried to sort out the situation and was ready to wait till he could earn some money. Unfortunately there is no progress after significant amount of time. When I contacted him the last time he just asked to stop bothering him. After trying hard to sort out the situation in a friendly manner I had to post a rip of report.
Apparently Bernard O'Rourkes is just another scam and I feel his investors should be aware of the way he's doing business.
He never questioned the amount or the need to pay, but rather was saying he simply does not have the money. So after months of waiting I'm submitting this report to warn anyone who may think about making any type of business with Bernard O'Rourkes.
