This company is nothing but a joke. They post job ads all over the web using careerbuilder, indeed, craigslist, etc. to get as many helpless candidates as possible to try and convince them that they have no other option in life then to go door to door selling verizon or energy. They will tell you over the phone that they offer a base salary but when you come in for the interview they tell you its commission based only and if you will not work for only commission they tell you that you are scared. They tell you that you have the potential to make $1500 a week on commission only but everyone who works there besides the manager Michael is dead broke.
This job also requires you to not only knock doors for commission only but the hours are from 11am-9pm and when you get promoted you have to come in and work 9-9. The manager thinks that he is on top of the world and treats all of his employees like peasants. The person who was training me wouldnt stop telling me how he was afraid of the manager and that he belittles all of his employees. Absolutely disgusting. Stay far away from this company and these people. Nothing but a bunch of college kids wasting their life away slaving for a man who pays them nothing and gives them false hope to be a "manager". He acts like it should be someones dream to run a door to door pyramid scheme. You will find your self 5 years out of college with no relevant experience and no money if you take this job.
