AUTOSCANIt Sell Fake Scanner Markham Ontario
I purchased from AUTOSCANIt a Nissan Scanner. Soon it required an update. I purchased an update from Nissan directly. The update failed and soon I learned from Nissan what an original Nissan scanner should really look like and I also now noticed that an identification of where AUTOSCANIt scanner was ’made in‘ was scratched off so it would be unreadable. The Nissan dealer also confirmed by looking at the back of the Scanner and it’s serial number and they immediately identified it as a fake.
This company claims to sell original scanners with nothing made in countries known to sell fake units. I contacted AUTOSCANIt with this problem. The run around took months. No refund was ever agreed to. They insisted on their fix and finally sent me an update. That update caused my immobilizer to fail. Second update crashed and ruined my computer. They will never speak to a customer. I emailed for about two years with nothing but problems.
A $5000 fake and we live on another side of the country from this strictly on line, hide behind computers company. Plus I spent money on efforts to update it and make it work. This company has no real resolution because it’s not original and they will not fix their fraud with a refund.
