On Aug. 15, 2017, I ordered this handheld nibbler for cutting metal. Paid with my credit card, got an email receipt, and confirmation.
Was told to expect delivery in 10-14 days.
Waited a month, then contacted the company. They responded saying they would have the matter looked into and let me know.
Waited another month, and contacted them again. Was told this time they had some Chinese holiday, and would not be available until after Feb. 25, 2018
In march, I emailed them asking WTF? No response. After 2 more weeks I emailed a last time, saying that I wished a refund, or I would be reporting the company.
NO response in either case.
I ordered this product because I wanted it for my shop. I have since seen the same product in many places, and finally bought it from a store.
These rip-off websites need to be held accountable for this action. Who knows how many thousands of people they have scammed out of money???
