systems protect home service plan our geo thermal furnace stopped running nov 28 2017 needed new fan sys protect did not have anyone in this area to repair we said buckeye horizon has been our go to for 18 yrs good people sys protect sadis ok call them they fixed on dec 1 2017 new fan we paid 648.50 cash to derek have been waiting for almost 4 months for refund keep getting run around submitted all papers they asked for more than once still no money Fort Lauderdale Florida
was promised 5048.50 return from sys protect have spoken to at least 8 different people 2 supervisors no money yet they keep putting me off stupid questions like why did fan break i explanded furnace 20 yrs old fan runs 24/7 365 days a yr you think so furnace company emailed another letter to them early march .
