I purchased a maytag washing machine.The sales person suggested the extended warranty so I purchased the warranty my machine failed to work then I called the sears repair service the repairman has been here at my home five times & did not repair my machine.
I contacted sears their manager promised me he will get this took care of it has been three weeks & I can't reach him when I call is is out of office or will be back next
this has been going on since september 2017.
This warranty states that they will repair or replace this washing machine the person in their office said they will not replace this machine.
Please help me with this.
