This is the second mattress  we got from sleepys with a 2" dip after less then one year of use. They sent the Mattress Marshell to look at at it and take pictures. When they came to exchange bed delivery people sited a small mark on end of mattress and would not exchange. The mark was there when they exchanged the first defected mattress but the did not want to hear it after much back and forth they refused to honor warrenty. They would not have the districk manager cqll me or give me his name or number. I have two mattress covers I use at all times and ther is no mark on either one. I believe Sleepys now Mattress Firm uses refurbished mattress and this is what they gave me the second time around.
