Puurchased a sealy matress from sleeps. The mattress has a 2" depresson on sagging. Sealy wanted me to look for my original proof of purchase from about 8 years ago, also wanted me to lift up my queen mattress and to take photos for them. They have a 6 page form you have to fill out for their claim. It seems like it already a deterrent at this poing to file a claim.

well after about 2 week, I found my original proof of purchase and they had their inspectors come out to deem the mattress unsanitary due to stain. I'm not the only one that has problems with this company.

"Sealy has established a uniform and nationwide policy of routinely denying all warranty claims ... when any stains are found on a customer's bedding products." says a lawsuit in which I totaly agree with.

The email address they provide will lead you to a dead end also. The dead end being. No warranty due to stains.

They expect us to sleep on the mattress they have made and unsanitary conditions. This is a health hazzard.
