I am writing in hopes that you can help with a mattress purchase Imade in June 2014 from your Pittston Pa.store.
The salesman was very accomadating in helping us choose trhe right mattress however after a few weeks I cannot begin to express how very uncomffortable this particular mattress is!
Before contacting the store I looked over the documents of the purchase and realized I could not return the motorized base which was fine but I needed to do something about the mattress.
After speaking to the salesman he directed me to call customer service who informed me it was a 21 day guarantee and because the company had a promise of every customer is 100% satisfied I could for $129.99 plus a delivery fee exchang ethe mattress.
I really don't think this is a fair offer for such a large company. Firstly I was told that I would get used to it and I have been sleeping on a 10 year matress with no back pains.
Also we paid over $2000.00 cash and I was hoping that there was another way of solving this situation.
I appreciate your time and action in this matter. I truly hope that you can stand by the 100% policy and bend a bit about time frame policy because Im understand this is a very well known and regarded business.
