On 2/07/14, Just Brakes completed a rear brake service and changed out the fluids in the steering, coolant and brake systems on my sons F150 truck. At that time, they infomed me that the front end was so damanged that if we did not replace it the whole front end might fall off while driving.   My son, who was turning 18 and entering the Marines 3 days after graduation, wanted nothing more than to take his truck up to our cabin in Georgia and go mudding with his best friend. So, being a good dad, I wanted to make his truck as safe as possible. We had the front end replaced on 4/27/14 and a coil replaced in the engine on 4/30/14. I replaced all the tires and purchased a new rim for the spare tire. (Note, the tires were not purchased at Just Brakes.) At 8 PM on 5/01/14 we left for the cabin. At 2 AM outside of Macon we exited Hwy. 75 to fill up the vehicals for the last segment of the trip. As my son was pulling into the gas station, the right front wheel seperates from the truck along with part of the front end assembly. At 7:30 AM we have the truck transported to the Macon Ford dealership. They tell me 3 things: 1) The right front end was not attached properly and was missing one of the main nuts that held the assembly in place. 2) There was no grease boot on the left front side. The grease boot retains the grease in the assembly and without it the grease is quickly lost and the assembly will be damanaged. 3) The Steering rod was barely attached to the steering assembly. If the nut came off, you would lose total control from your steering.    I left Macon at 5:30 PM and drove to our cabin. It became immediately apparent that the motor was struggling, so I took the truck Monday morning to the Ford dealership near the cabin. They ran diagnostics on the motor and found that the chamber which had the coil replaced on 4/30/14 was nonfunctional. Normal PSI is 125-150. This chamber had 2 PSI and an interior perforation. They told me that fuel is directed to each chamber where it is fired to drive the pistons. In this case, the fuel is just collecting in the chamber. At any time, when the motor heats up, this trapped fuel could ignite and either catch on fire or explode.  This company worked on several things and in the end almost killed my son and his best friend in 3 different ways.   This is beyond incompetence. This is negligence.
