uto vacations we paid for a vacation to China and Thailand in full, sent in paperwork , to only be notified the paperwork needed double signaturs , we never got email they said they sent ,i have electronic record ,and they cancelled our trip without notifying ,email or anything, no followup as a travel agent that advertises service should do. this was our trip of a life time as we are poor and have both cancer richmond hill ontario
