Timeforbuy Never sent merchandise
I saw an ad for a retractable ladder on Facebook. Searching I found the same ladder on Amazon and elsewhere for about double the price. I gave my credit card number and received a return receipt for my purchase immediately by email and a note that said they would let me know when the ladder was shipped.
I was surprised when my credit card company said the charge was for a company in England. A few days later I received an email from a Daisy Berneice saying the ladder was shipped and gave me a website to check shipment. I was surprised again to learn that the ladder was being shipped to me from China. Anyway, the shipper's website indicated NO shipment was received by them. By this time the "Timeforbuy" website had disappeared.
I contacted Daisy Berneice and received what looked like a form letter saying, and I quote
Due to the problem of website technology, you can't find the logistics information temporarily. We have checked this for you. Your goods are being shipped.It will be delivered within 7~14 days after purchase, Please don't worry.Thank you for your understanding and support. We will continue to serve you.
After a month the shipper's website continued to say no ladderr was received by them and "Daisy" stopped answering my emails.
I called my credit card company and they returned my payment. I'm thankful by paying by credit card I did not lose any money.
