I have received an 8 page letter from my attorney contesting that my trial fee of $5,000 was earned, and that they have actually spent close to $6,800 on a trial that never happened. I highly doubt that law firms charge a flat fee, then lose money in the process. I was also told that I will not be represented by the firm in the future. And I was threatened that they will bring a legal action against me for any information that may be innacurate in this report. All these lengths to be nasty to me just because I inquired about the possibility of receiving my money back. I am so taken back with their rude and nasty behavior.
