I returned 2 ,75 inch firetv due to both televisions were completely shattered and would not even turn on.I returned both televisions september 2023.Both televisions were picked up by same company Maersk.

The televisions were returned to amazon of september 2023.Amazon refuses to stop charging my credit card.I filed a complaint with the attorney general and ftc.FTC told me to do a charge back with my credit card company and Chase is doing that now currently of May 2024.

Amazon refuses to stop charging my credit card,so I sent proof of my returns for both televisions to Chase.Chase has done a stop payment with amazon and doing charge backs.Amazon can no longer charge my Chase card,so this month May 2024 ,amazon went into my debit account and stole another $35.84.

Amazon could care less about any returns proof,that I have shown them.This month of May 2024 ,will be the 10th payment amazon have stolen from me for items I returned last year of September 2023.Each month amazon is stealing from me in the amount of $35.84.How could this be legal.I have no other recourse but to seek legal representation,because amazon continues to steal from me for items,I do not have.

I have contacted amazon countless times about this ongoing issue.The customer service representatives,account specialist all say the same thing,very nice and we are working onthis situation and never get back with you.

Amazon gave me a really hard time with the replacement 75 inch firetv return.Amazon is full of scams with their customers.I advise every one who does business with amazon,with returns keep all receipts,follow up with amazon,know dates,time,who you spoke with at all times.Because this has made me literally,physically/mentally ill.I am almost finish paying for items,I do not have.I have provided proof to amazon.

This cannot be in any way legal.The last representative I spoke with May 3,2024 said amazon did not go in their system and update the return information.So that tells me amazon is intentionally inflicted harm maliciously on a long time customer.I gotta do something about this ,so no other consumer will go through this.

How is this legal,where you have returned items,shown proof but amazon continues to steal money for goods I no longer possess.Only time I hear from amazon is why Chase stop payment and disputing charges.Just ridicously outrageous.This is mental anguish at the highest level.

Why did you attempt to turn on two shattered televisions? That makes no sense. Perhaps they arrived in fine condition.
