Zymax deceptively ineffective deceptive company Rancho Cucamonga California
I had responded to a TV infomercial (which I vowed I would never do..) I didn't need to lose more than 7 pounds. I had no problem getting someone to answer the phone to take my order. I thought that the 30 day money back guarantee would make my purchase less risky.
I took the "stuff" for 3 days; felt ill; and their was no change except for being wired. I purchased it on 2/21/2002 and returned it on 3/5/2002. I tried calling the toll free # to confirm where I should make the return; and I was on hold with recorded propaganda going; so I faxed them and they did return my call as I had requested. There was no packing slip; and thank goodness I realized that return info. might be on the mailing label.
I have tried calling the toll free # again not to talk to a human. I will attempt to fax them to find out if they have received my return package which I sent 10 days ago. I hope I don't become one of the rip off victims I vowed I would never be. I will apprise you of what happened
