On august first 2011 I signed up for an account at InfoWarsTeam.Com so I could buy Youngevity Health products at discounted prices for personal and family use. On the Youngevity commercials on the GCN Radio Network and the Live Read commercials on the Alex Jones show at InfoWars.Com Alex says that you can pay $10.00 a year and get discounted prices, but this is absolutely untrue. After you signup, login and try to order products you find out that you can only add 3 of 1 item in your cart and that does not qualify for there volume pricing. I have called and emailed nearly 100 times and I still haven't received my refund for $10.70 which includes the $10.00 a year membership and Indiana Sales Tax. I am still a Supporter of the Truth from Alex Jones at InfoWars.Com but I wish that they would cutoff all ties to Youngevity and Doctor Wallach.

I know its been awhile. Hopefully this will find its way to you.

That is really strange. As a distributor I can assure you it is a one time $10 for life, not per year. The one time fee not only gets you a 30% discount off of retail, giving you wholesale pricing but also the rights to be a distributor with a fully functional website and backoffice. If you were in your own backoffice placing a purchase you would have been seeing the discount, prices as marked are OUR prices for paying the $10, so you wouldn't have seen any aditional discount. Nor have I ever experienced only 3 of 1 item being allowed in the cart. Here is the direct number to customer service  (((redacted))). If I can be of assistance please let me know.

Fist of all if you are going to complain about a company, take it up with the distributor, in your case InfoWars, and make sure you know what you are buying in to. It is NOT $10 a year. It is a $10 ONE TIME fee to become a distributor. That ONE TIME FEE bought you a homebased business. Therefore, if you purchase your base requirement every month for your personal use supplements, and refer others to buy as a perferrend customer or they pay the $10 to be a distributor, you make a monthly residual income off of your referals. Where else can you buy your own business for $10? This company rocks in every way, This company has THE Best products on the market and a second to NONE compensation plan that can not be beat!!! I can't rave enough about the company support and family like atmosphere you get when joining Youngevity-FDI!!!

The problem the filer described is actually a problem on the infowars team.
At paying $10 you do get discount prices at 30% off. If the website you are using (maybe the infowars team website) does not give the options you need, you should have been given the access to the youngevity ordering page as below, and you should have your login and password so you can take advantage of the 30% discount.

https://secure.youngevity.com/extranet/Shopping/ShoppingCart.asp?Cat=&ProductID=

Regarding to refund, you should also direct it to infowars team.

This is how it works. Think about McDonald's. Say if you bought a unsatisfactory burger at a McDonald's restaurant, you would want to resolve your issue in that restaurant. You can, of course, try to bring the problem to the head quarter, but it will not be very efficient.

This works the same way here. Infowars Team is a distributor of FDI-Youngevity, so when there are issues they should be directed at Infowars Team. They will be able to direct the problem to the right people to have them resolved (I had problems before and got my refunds, though I do agree it could take a bit longer than expected).

Hope this clarifies any confusions.
