This horrible company is taking advantage of the common consumer. First of all THEY tell YOU what car you can afford. They will only allow you to look at what they feel you can afford to pay for. Then they won't tell you cost of the vehicle until after you've been allowed to drive it (in my case) for a weekend. Then they still won't tell you the cost of the vehicle until after their loan company has already done the paperwork for your loan. Then they ask how often you get paid and set your payments up to your pay schedule instead of monthly like any other loan company. They rush through the financing paperwork so that you don't have the time to question the cost of the vehicle until after they've already gotten your signature. The cars/trucks/SUVs they have on their lot is marked up at least 60% of KBB (in my case) and with their finance charge they will end up with almost double the value of the vehicle! They have a very bad customer service ethic and try and scam as many people as they can get away with. I can't even get my bank to do a refinance on the loan because it's so far under "water" even after paying on it for a year. That is totally wrong. I understand that buy-here-pay-here companies need to make money but why should the consumer pay for those that don't make their car payments? It's not the consumer's fault nor should we pay the cost for other.

I had the similar type of situation. I went through 5 cars by the time I sent my car back. They had also told my co-owner that he wasn't going to be a co-buyer which are two different things and in the end treated him as the co-buyer. Well if he is the co-buyer then why did he not get a notice about anything with the vehicle. Why was every vehicle including the loaners were defective.Ripoff company taking advantage of low income families when they should be helping. They damaged my report so bad that it's taken me for ever to repair my good name of credit. If you had a situation like this contact FTC, State Attorney General or even the Dealer Board.

Too bad you permitted an auto dealer to walk all over you. Too bad you agreed to purchase a vehicle without any negotiating. Too bad it never occurred to you to read the loan agreement before signing. Too bad you don't have a backbone.
