On Nov 17th, 2017 Yeasir contacted me by email to tell me that the winning auction did not buy the laptop so if i wanted it we should talk through Viber, so we did. He took pictures of the Macbook sent them to me and all was looking good. The payment would be done through Paypal, so he send me an invoice and i paid it. Next day he tells me that he sent it to me, but no tracking code was provided to him, so noone could have known where the package is. After that for at least a month we kept talking through Viber, he kept telling me that it all looks good with the parcel, but i never considered, how could he know, as soon as there is no tracking code...
He told me it would take 35-55 days till i get the laptop to my hands.It's been more than 80 days, I have filed a dispute to Paypal, as soon as i am covered by Paypal he shouldn't have access to the money, but he must have done something to show that the shipment had been completed, which i don't understand. How does Paypal allow the sender to confirm that the shipment has been completed?
Anyway, now i am waiting for Paypal's answer in order to get my money back. I tried to call Yeasir, email, viber, SMS, but no answer anywhere. I just hope those kinds of people, get all of these back from life.
