first off our nightmare begins with my husbands first navy move. we lived in ny and had to move to ca. fun wow we got here with no money and not much to our name except our 2yr old daughter and our 1 month old twins.

we had to get a car so he could get back and forth to work because of course the only military housing we could get right into was 45 min from where he worked.

we found a dealership that sold to military members with bad credit (don't even get me started on that story). we had only two options a ford explorer or a jeep cherrokee they were the only two cars they had that could fit three car seats in the back.

so everything is starting to look a little better and we have had the car for three and a half months when all of the sudden my husband is on the way home from work and the engine startes blowing white smoke all over the higway he's in the fast lane so he is trying very hard to safely get to the side of the road.

when the car just stops responding he finally gets it over off the road and gets it towed to the repairshop that is closest. we call wynn's and they send out and inspector. now mind u well all of this is going on my is husband is getting ready because in three days he's leaving on deployment. the inspector looks at it says that it's the oil senser and they don't cover those.

and in the mean time doesn't leave his name or his number at the repair shop. so i call up wynns and would first of all like to know why an oil senser is not covered. noone can give me an answer and no one knows who even inspected our car. so we wait some more time so they can figure out what is going on in the mean time i get my husbands command involved because i can already see that they think they can jerk me around.

well after a million phone calls and talking to a million differnt people finally someone that my husbands command talked to said they would pay and they also called the dealeship where we bought the car and said the same thing. but when i called to verify this information the man says that they must have misunderstood the conversation because that's not what he said and let him make a few calls and he will call me back.

well i wait three hours and no call back so i call him back of couse he doesn't answer i call and call and still no answer when i talk to his secertay he mysterisly never in his office finally i get a hold of him and he says the claim isn't going to be covered. so i call my husbnds command and let them know they are upset behind belief because now they were lied to also.

well this is still going on and now today (a monthand 1week later) im still fighting with them and i talk to eric who surprisly is in another on of this websites complants and i ask for a mark who supposedly talked to the repair shop and was supposed to be looking in to paying this for a goodwill or some crap. well he tells me first that there is no reason for me to speak to mark that that's what he's here for and i again ask to speak to mark he reuses.

i then ask about the goodwill paying and he says that my claim is still being denied and that there can't be a goodwill paying because the part isn't covered but he informs me that it says because of lack of lubrication. now i don't know much about cars but when the contract says engine- covered all lubricated parts and im assuming an oil senser is a lubricated part that moght not be s****.>
