Upon entering my room...I was very unsatisfied from the beginning. The walls were yellow, the beds were unmade, there was mold along the walls of the bathroom tub. I didnt see any soap, the room had an aroma of mildew, and I didnt receive the room i originally booked, because the representative gave my reservation away, and i was forced to pay $39.00 more than the original price i paid for initially. My whole visit to the Knights Inn at Empire Central was very inconsiderate. If I am to pay for a room of such little standards, but high prices, I should be serviced to a standard higher than what was brought unto me.
