www.petxpress.com AKA www.epet.net continues to commit fraud!
PetXpress.com AKA Epet.net is still in operation even though new reports detailing its fraud continue to surface! This company charged me for 2 years of pet food shipments last year, delivered the first bimonthly installments, and then ceased to deliver.
After I contacted the company several times they finally sent me a couple of late and incomplete orders, but they eventually stopped responding all together. I searched the web and found many more complaints similar to my own.
Now here is the amazing news...I reported them to the BBB who wrote back to me to tell me they are aware this company is in poor standing. I could take Epet.net to court, which I am considering doing, but I am first going to try to persuade them to refund me to save the trouble.
The most unbelievable fact is that their website is STILL running today, taking credit card numbers and charging customers, and failing to deliver or respond to inquiries. This is fraud in its purest form, and even the local police department turned down my request to have them act on this ongoing scam.
The best I can do is to encourage others to take action if they have been ripped off too. Below is the company information:
