On Nov. 4, 2000 I ordered four magazines (2 were free by promotion). I did not receive a confirmation email, confirmation number, or order number. I immediately emailed the company and asked for a confirmation of my order. It took two weeks for them to respond and all they said was that my order was confirmed - didnt say what I ordered, to who, address, cost, nothing! I emailed many more times requesting this information and never received it.

After eight weeks and no magazines I emailed again - asking where my magazines were and again asking for a confirmation. It took over a week for a response, which was no confirmation, just a form letter stating it takes 8-12 weeks for magazines to arrive. Ive emailed many times since requesting a confirmation with no luck. It has now been over 12 weeks and I have no magazines, confirmation, customer service - NOTHING!
