I would like to sincerely apologize, to any one that unfortunately was double charged by our Dock24 system! I would also like to take this opportunity to apologize, for the lack of communication during the trying times at Dock24.
We are in the process of the final change over from Dock24 to our Shamic & Company Inc. All we have remaining is the web process, of email addresses and web directories.
To Mr.Haught I would like to offer my personal apology, I know sir you had two orders with us and you received the first. I was mistaken, when I emailed you saying you had received your order, and you had only received the first order.
I have contacted our original credit card processor, and if you have not seen your credit by now, the next step is to call your credit card company and have a charge back done against dock24.
Use auth # 536201, when you speak to your bank. If you would like to speak to me, please call me at 757-580-5902. I would like to also offer you the bed spread you ordered for free. If this is something you would like to do, please call me or
email me at [email protected].
Again I am sorry for the inconveniance that we at dock 24 caused you! Our systems are go, and we are working diligently to go forward. GOD Bless America!
