AuctionRoad.com ripoff misleading fraud Goleta California
The gentlemen i spoke to at auction road, when i first unknownly signed up, did not inform me that i had to pay for membership all at one time. After i learned of this from my cc, i quickly got them back on the line and requested a refund.
After some struggle and several handfulls of converstaions, they agreed to give me my money back minus the shipping and handling fee. Several weeks passed, everytime i would call, they would say give it a few more days. After 3 weeks, another call was made, this time quickly followed by a dial tone, they wouldn't talk to us, they keep yelling and hanging up in our face.
Now the website is shut down and they are out of business. and i still havent recieved my money back.
