I got my phone in July, 01. I was told by the company that sold us the phone I would be billed by Worldcom Wireless. Well despite my constantly calling and trying to get through which you can't unless you have time to sit on the phone for hours to find out what is going on with your accout. They have very rude and incomptent employees working for them. I have asked if I could find out what my balance was in August,01 so I could pay my bill and was told they are having billing problems and are aware that no bills are going out to customers but they could not tell me what I owed nor would they accept a payment. I asked to speak to a supervisor on every occcasion I called but was told none was available. It is now going on Feb, 02 and guewss what no bill yet. I went to use my phone last night and it has been turned off because I failed to make a payment. Please tell me how you can make a payment when you don't have a bill.
What I don't understand is how a company can run a business like this. What happens if we decided to make our payments 10 months to a year later we get disconnected dispite it being Worldcom's fault. Something needs to be done about this problem.
