I have received a collection notice from,Sunrise Credit Services, Inc, 2174 Jackson Ave, Seaford, NY 11783-2608, dated September 16,2002. In which it says that I owe Worldcom 526.62 dollars. In regards to this matter, I have informed them of the following facts a number of times over the past couple of years.

On December 18th, 2000 I spoke to a Diane in MCI/Worldcom Wireless customer service. In that conversation I requested to close my account with MCI/WCOM Wireless, account # 57-49229, phone # (703) 963-7520. I explained to Diane that I was leaving the country to Cairo, Egypt for an indefinite period of time on December 24th, 2000. I provided her with proof of my travel itinerary & payment & final confirmation of my airplane reservations leaving to Cario, Egypt.

Diane instructed me to ship my phone in its original packing to Tony Hall at MCI/WCOM Wireless, 801 BarkWood Ct., Linthicum, MD 21090. I therefore shipped the cell phone via UPS on December 21st, 2000. The package was delivered and signed for by Dayton on December 22nd, 2000 at 12:43 pm.

I received bills from Worldcom dated May 10th, 2001 and June 22nd, 2001 and June 27th, 2001. These bills were accumulating monthly charges since December 2000 when the account should have been closed and till June 2001. I responded to the billing department them and sent them a copy of all the documentation that I had. They assured me that they would take care of the matter and that they would not bother me again.

Everything was quite for a few months then I received another wave of bills from Worldcom again dated November 3rd, 2001 and November 21st, 2001 and November 29th, 2001. Again I responded to the billing department and sent them a copy of all the documentation that I had. And again, they assured me that they would take care of the matter and that they would not bother me again.

Finally I received your collection notice, and for the third time I am telling the story and providing proof of what I am saying. Worldcom has caused me a lot agony over the past couple of years, not only from this error on their behalf but the enormous amount of money that I lost due to their corporate fraud.

Please close this file and have them do the same, I have consulted my lawyer and will be obligated to sue them for harrasement if they continue this corporate bullying.
