EDitor's UPDATE info: Rip-off Report has had several complaints that victims are not receiving the refunds promised. We have been in contact with the Company and have made them aware of these issues. They have assured us that refunds are being given to those who are providing them with all the correct contact information requested by them. They have also provided confirmation of proof of over 2000 refunds to date. They, again, apologized for the delay and reported that credit to your account could take as long as 4-5 days.

Rip-off Report is hoping they will live up to what they have promised, we think they will, we'll see. We will continue to investigate more in this situation, and we will be posting an UPDATE to the main Report at this web address: https://www.ripoffreport.com/view.asp?id=76605

On Nov.17th,2003 $299.0 was debited from my checking account for, what I was told, a $3000.0 credit card and a package. I finally recieved the package on Jan.15th,2004, with no credit card.

I tried calling the number I was given for World Benefits, but I kept getting either a busy tone, or it would just ring. Finally after a few days of trying I got someone on the phone, and explained to them that I had not recieved any credit card, and waited for more than 6 weeks for the package/credit card, and I wanted a refund.

At this time I had already sent the package back for a refund, the instructions on how to do so were included in the package. I waited one week, before I called again to follow up on them recieving the package, and I was told by one of the customer representatives, that I agreed (on Phone) not to refund this product if I wasnt satisfied. Now who would agree to this sort of thing.

They then told me that they were sending the package back to me and the credit card would be there a day or two after it. I got the package, but never recieved any credit card again.

So I decided to look up this website they display in the package with a card, and come to find out there is no such address. So I decided to call the number below it (1-800-799-0090) and the recording tells me that there's no number of such in the directory. What can i do to get my money back!
