I made a huge mistake and purchased their FoneLab in an effort to recover special photos I lost on my android phone.
I realized within minutes of my purchase that the product they sold me is a SCAM. I made an attempt to contact this company immediately but could only find an email no phone number in the United States.
I further investigated the company and found that they have other companies including

Aiseesoft
Their products are sold in Office Depot and Amazon.com however neither of these big known companies have a corresponding contact phone number.
They did respond to my email by offering me another product (which most-likely is a scam) in place of the one that I purchased that did not do what it said it would.
They have a money back guarantee and are not adhering to it!
The paypal account is affiliated with MyCommerce but they also only have an email as contact. They do not have a phone number.
When I called the phone numbers that I found listed on websites I spoke to former affiliates which all said they also cannot get in contact with this company and are experiencing as many as 10 phone calls a day regarding this SCAM.
I am requesting that MyCommerce or any of the above mentioned companies refund me immediately!
