Complaint Review: Wolverine Cycle Logistics LLC - Nationwide

Wolverine Cycle Logistics LLC  Motorcycle Transport Co is not to be trusted with following through with a projected pick up and delivery.  Ill say this,  You best plan about two months on a delivery no matter what the project as a time frame is quoted.  They are coverd 110% with keeping you and your bike hostage,  Truck brake downs, traffic, blown tires and weather, acts of god.   Ect, Ect Ect.  

The fine print will tell you,  And I will say in truth  All transport Co have this fine print not just Wolverine Cycle Logistic LLC. What seperates one from another is comunication.  Yes it gets frustrating not to have your new bike when they say or project.  Im a big boy ill be dissapointed but with comunication, Ill exsept the delay and Ill move on to other things. Hell at least I know if I can go away for the weekend or take that planed week vacation thats allready paid for. With conunication and them letting me and the guy thats got the bike in the garage acroos the country know, we can move along with our lives while thees guy's not giving a s**t about contacting you with a new projected pick up and drop off.

Day's and week passed trying to contact Matt Gehman with no return call's,  Sorry Hun best not try and get those two days off work so we can go away for a long weekend, Im having a Bike transported by Wolverine Cycle logistics and they wont tell me anything, They wont call me and wont answere the phone.

Yes;  with Matt Gehman and his Company Wolverine Cycle logistics. You can expect him to serve himself and his company as a first priority and us the consumer to be last.

In my case, he would say a projected date with the Co policy of a 48 hr notice prior to pick up or delivery, you could do the math quick when a pick up date was Tenitivly proposed when the call did not come in 48 hrs prior or two days after you knew it was not to happen.  OK,  life happens,  Truck engine replacment in CA  Blown Tires in TN and alike. Life happens.

Call me!  Just please call me!   Please just answere my call's, Release me let me go.  I would have jumped ship with this treatment, But as the fine print say's if they are in transport and you cancel you lose it all.  As A firt time customer I had to pay in full, Web site reflects repeate customers can give a deposit and balance on arrival.  Wow the deposit would have been a cheep date to lose.  Take it and good buy. Ill walk to Ill and drive it home in a week ten day's.

I would love the bike the day after i Buy it, I dont care when I get the Bike,  Just stay in touch with me if you have ishues with your projections.  Remember. Date's are just a #ber with Wolverine.  They mean nothing. This Co took the fun out of this purchase, This Co could care less about me, or the life I have beyound this tranaction.

I bought my Bike early July and just recived my bike yesterday Sept 1st  I can live with delay's I can not live with a co that just cant be honest and has zero care about the people they have hostage.  It's not just the bike they have hostage with poor comunication.  Both parties to this bike were hostage not knowing what and when.

 I have never posted a review before and hope by god I never have to again.  Ill start that endevor by Never ever using Wolverine Cycles.  Did the bike get to me in one piece, is it as nice as I hoped, dose it run as discribed.  It dose not matter, Wolverinn cycle has taken all the fun out of this fro me.  possible this venting will spark a new lit that they have taken away from me.  Al M
