I had a pair of new boots that I hadn't worn yet. I got them out and was going to start wearing them. Well on mt fist step the

heel on the left boot come apart. These are DuraShock Wolverline 8" boots.

I call Wolverline company, and spoke to a rep. She said she was sending me a Fedex Label to return the boots.That was

very  nice and as it should have been. But I wasn't told that it would be SIX ( 6 ) weeks, before I would get another pair of

boots. I learned this today 05/30 2017, when I called them to see why I hadn't rec'd a reply to them getting the Fedex

package I sent on 5/23/2017

These boots are not cheap, about $150.00 a pair. So how would anyone want to invest that amount and then have to wait

for SIX ( 6 ) weeks till you get them replaced...... Now I really don't believe this comment I was told today by the person on

the phone either. 

If they are SIX weeks behind on replacing their boots, SOUNDS like they have a problem with their products.

Means they must have a LOT of problems, in more than one way...
