Woloverine Real Estate Services Wolverine will put you out of business by not paying you Huntington Woods Michigan
Wolverine hired our small family run Preservation company to dor preservation work we where told we would be paid two times a month and always be paid when our invoices hit 30 days. Wolverine paid us pretty much once a monthat first and they seemede to be paying about 90 percent of what they owed but over time they stopped paying the larger invoices and if they owed 8000 they would pay about 5000 and give us about 10,000 worth of work so over the vourse of the last six months they had a pretty big balance with us now they wont answer my calls , e mails or letters they have completly shut us out now we are out over $20,000 I would suggest if you dont want to get ripped off stay away from this company they are so nice at first but at the end they will avoid you and this will come as soon as you ask about older invoices
