Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
I had noticed a $9.00 monthly charge to my credit card from WLE*Reservationrewards Company. We travel three or four times a year and my wife thought this was tied in to our online reservations for hotels, airlines, etc. Neither my wife or I could remember agreeing to a $9.00 monthly charge to our credit card.

The September, October, and November charge to our account had an 800 number. After searching the Internet and reading other Rip Off reports on this site, I decided to call their 800 number (1-800-732-7031). I selected the "Billing Questions" option and spoke with a representative.

I learned that an online order from the "Popcorn Factory" started these charges. My wife does not remember agreeing to this $9.00 monthly charge. The Reservationsrewards representative told me that all of the monthly charges would be credited back to my credit card in 5 business days. I can only assume that your web site and all of the Rip Off reports has had a "cleansing' effect on this business. We are also contacting the "Popcorn Factory" to let them know we will no longer do business with them.

Anytime we purchase online we are given two or three opportunities to cancel an order. This is not the case with this company. The lesson we have learned is to make sure you read all of the small print. AND don't do business with companies that use deceptive methods to charge you for something you would not ordinarily purchase.

WLI*RESERVATIONREWARDS.CO was on my billing statement. I was being charged 9.00 a month, I thought it was something I may have bought last month, then I began to realize it started last year when i never bought things online, except for a movie ticket. When i was e-mailed by this group they were a bunch of coupons that were useless and I thought they were simply junk mail...i was wrong and i was being forced to pay for this junk. I nver once recieved a billing statement from this group and I am upset that they are able to do this.
