This slime lived rent free with our family and for more than 6 months...became rude and crude so was asked to leave and then he got very paranoid...that people were out to get him and steal from him...turns out he was stealing from us AND commited mail fraud by opening, reading, and storing our bank statements.
Our bank account is in jeapardy and he has moved on to find another nice person to warm over only so he can get as much out of them as possible. BEWARE HE HAS A VIOLENT BACKGROUND....(5+ ARRESTS WE FOUND OUT FOR BATTERY, DOMESTIC VIOLENCE) AND BEWARE IF YOU OWE BACK TAXES ON YOUR HOME BECAUSE HES LOOKING TO FIND SOME DOWN AND OUT INDIVIDUAL TO TAKE AWAY THEIR HOME.

First off When I was offered to stay with them , I quickly realized they needed a sitter because Audry slept till noon! Kids get up early and need to eat and be tended to. One morning The kids hungry tried to fix cereal and spilled milk, and she freaked out atomic like! I felt so bad for the kids and told her husband! Nothing changed so I became the sitter so she would not hurt one of her children over spilt milk! And for me That was not a problem since it was giving me time to do Real Estate deals. I could do my research and make offers while watching the kids. I felt it was win win for both of us and feeling blessed to peruse my dream of becoming a Real Estate Solutions Provider, Not a greedy investor! Later when I was asked to leave something from my computer was missing and I did imply that they took it. I later while unpacking I found it so I do apologize for that! I also feel I was wrong for not calling child services and do hope those kids are alright! But if I was such a slime why did I stay with her husbands parents for two month's till I did my first Real Estate transaction and got my own place again! If I had did anything wrong to his son or was not a good help full fair person , would he let me stay their? Maby they understood Audry's problems. There are laws about people making false accusations, And I believe she did this because I exposed to her husband ,what was going on while he was at work and jealousy that I became successful ! Just Ask my tenants 99% of them are and show how thank full they are to have me as their landlord . And any body wanting a list of my happy and sometimes repeat customers E-me at [email protected] So Audry If you were not so jealous and hateful as to try and hert someone who did no wrong to you, and took good care of your kids while you slept. All who read this would never know what kind of mother you are! Or maby you have got the help you need and changed! For the kids sake I hope you did! Lastly I will take a lie detector test as to my statement's , will you Audry?
