When choosing an attorney, AVOID SCOTT AYERS. He is an unethical scammer who steals client’s money and does no work. He is a general practitioner who advertises himself as a family law attorney, yet works against your interests. He doesn’t do the hard work to prepare and go to court, BUT CHARGES YOU FOR IT INCLUDING CHARGING YOU FOR DOING THINGS THAT AN ATTORNEY SERVICE SHOULD DO, LIKE THE TIME IT TAKES HIM TO DRIVE TO COURT TO FILE THINGS BECAUSE HE HAS NO STAFF OR JUST WANTS TO SCREW YOU!!!. He rolls over because he is not prepared and he becomes submissive to the other side. It’s all about getting the easy money, but refuses to fight and will give you some lame excuses instead.
