In May of 2005 I was involved in a motorcycle accident in Riverside California. I was run off the road on my Fat boy Harley Davidson. Apparently Riverside county California Medical Facilities don't have an Orthopedic or Neurologist on the cruddy counties entire medical staff, but it was more important to screw 3 three inch screws in my left thales due to a fractures around the bottom of the bone. Then There's WILLIAM R DOBKIN. This moron spent 17 and a half hours to fuse my neck from the c-5 vertebrae that fell apart upon the incision through my neck muscles. I still had 3 fractures in my thoracic spine and Dobkin let me go month to month in chronic pain level 6 for 11 months, every month he would ask. How are you doing this month Richard? And of course I'm in serious pain while he gave me cortisol injections 8 times and 1 epidural in the 11 months. On the 11th month he finally decided to take a second look at my E.R. x-rays, but the next words out of his mouth was uh! Oh! And I replied what do you mean by that, and he said that it looks like you still have 3 fractures in your Thoracic spine. Unfortunately for me your savior, as if! However because of the appointment was on a Friday I was forced into the thoracic spine fusion surgery set for Monday morning 6am because of the chronic pain level I had no choice but to have the surgery. Failed cervical fusion left me believing that the chronic pain was coming from inbetween my shoulder blades had me see doctor after doctor telling me that I have nothing wrong with my back only to find out that the cervical fusion was totally botched and all the pain I have been suffering from to this day is coming from the bad cervical fusion. Now I have found out that I can get it fixed after Dumbkin Littearaly SCREWED MY LIFE OVER. I can get it fixed, unfortunately I have medicare and the doctor who said that he could have me back to work in 6 months if I cover the cost of the $5,000.00 dollar surgery. I am also pissed off at Dumbkin because I have not heald my daughter and son since 2005 and now they're in High School. After 30 years in construction I have not been able to work more than 6 months before I was permenantly labeled disabled no one will hire me because of my disability.
