Bill and Sheree Ball of Modern const. Services and Renovations in Wright City MO. Have been hired by several home owners to do various hi end jobs including building homes decks and remodels. They have left atleast 6 different homeowners and their properties destroyed including a home they were paid to build across the street from business address.For the Funkens res. They have taken money from other home owners in Fallon Mo. Area leaving their decks unfinished for more then a year..Bill constantly lies to owners to manipulate the situation and regularly practices deceitful business practices.. The Funkens on Claremont In. In Wright city Mo. Hired them more then 2 years ago the home is still not done the work that is done is terrible. The Funkens have sued this company and or individual. For $200.000 yes 200 thousand for the lack of work..they have had to move into an apartment and pay the mortgage on the unfinished home..inwich they have been lied to repeatedl6by Bill Ball whom on many occasions guarntee the home would be completed. And leaves the property not being worked on for months at a time while doing work in Illinois. B.Smith in Ofallon. MO. Hired this person to do a very nice deck..this company did not even get permits or do the job it is still left undone a year Later..Lou..another homeowner in the same area hired This person and or company to do a kitchen / deck ad on again lied about getting permits and has also left this property unfinished for more then a year. There are many more homeowners in this same situation so beware before you hire this company and certainly beware before giving them money and or having them in or on your property..the various news agency have been notified to get the word out about this group and company
