Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

Went to Kmart to a washer, mind you I did have the money in bank to buy it, after talking to them with the why not lease it signs all we discussed it. So we picked out washer and went to front desk while they got it ready and they esplained to us it was going Ibe like rent a center type. Ok since washer was on sale I could take a couple extra payments instead of draining checking accountant.

Thinking this would be paid off in November I called them in Decenmber to ask why still taking payment out of checking acct. they said it was not paid off yet we could buy it out right for another $300 and some odd dollars well I am still thinking it is like rent a center well couple mor months it will be paid and it is Holidays I am running low on money.

Now it is almost May I call them they finally explain they system I am still leasing I have not bought it out right I had to pay the $300 and some odd dollars to pay it off and get out of lease. So to purchase a washer for little over $500 with out taxes I have paid for months thinking it will be mine with this payment plan.

Kmart prints up a ontract as you stand n wait for them to be done that is like a book and real small print you can't read if you do not have glasses and they fail to explain this system in full. I paid for almost a year Buyer beware this is a scam.

"Hey, I didn't say I read the contract, stupid! The print was too small plus it was a lot of words and I'm not educated!  If you think I should not have signed something I couldn't read or understand you must work for them!"

If you were not happy with the terms, why sign it? There is no "I didn't have my Glasses excuse". If you truly could not read all the terms and conditions laid out to you, then you should have acted like an adult and walked away. Return when you are prepared to review your financial and legal commitment before agreeing to it.

Never claimed I read it like I said it was misleading the way the clerk was talking and just kept saying sign, I am saying buyer beware thanks for calling me dumb. Some are not all well educated and it is the people ripping off the weak. you must work for them or own it because most would understand what I am saying IT IS A RIP OFF.

They print up a book on this little tiny screen just keep hitting and going to next page telling you to sign. I did not have my glasses fool and I could not read a contract. They take advantage of people and it should be in big bold letters some of it on the sign why not lease stop taking advantage of people.

It's NOT a scam if YOU agreed to the terms of the deal. You told the world by posting here over and over and over YOU failed to READ the contract because YOU had no clue when the payments would end! Smart! Real, real smart! What is wrong with you people? When you are presented with something to sign, COMMON SENSE should tell you to READ what you are agreeing to BEFORE you agree to it! Another prime example of the dumbing down of America!
