Wholesalediva,I purchased merchandise from Wholesalediva, then cancelled within 48 hrs. They still processed the order and shipped the merchandice. I refused delivery. Foothill Ranch California
Wholesalediva, LLC is a total rip off. On Nov 4th, 2007, I purchased $1105.00 in merchandise from Wholesalediva, LLC, after reading some negative press about them I immediately cancelled my order within a 48 hour period using their supportdiva email account (I do not think any one monitors that email box). They continued to process the order despite the many emails I sent them stating I was cancelling my order. They shipped the order.
By this time I had contacted DHL and asked that they not deliver the parcel but since it was already in transit I was advise by DHL to refuse shipment which I did. During the transit time I found out the Wholesalediva only filled $728.45 of the order but never notified me stating this. I refused delivery of the shipment on Nov 11th. I filed a dispute with American Express because Wholesalediva credited by American Express only $436.90 of the $728.45.
On Dec 12th I was advised by American Express that Wholesalediva charged me $97.55 - 15% restocking fee. They also lied and said 2 items were missing from the parcel (remember they never sent everything I had originally ordered and I never accepted the parcel) They charged me $115.00 (missing items) plus $79.20 for shipping totalling $291.75.
Please be ware of this company. I have written the Attorney General in the state of California and will take them to small claims court if I have too. They picked the wrong person this time...
