They are a Rip-Off !
Beds wont last a month. when you call back to use their one year warranty, they immediately reply that the bed is dirty, and can't take it back. There was no warranty paper explaininhg conditions, only the receipt stating a one year warranty, and when I questioned this, Alex assured me that that was all that I needed. No mention was made as to any conditions preventing the warranty being enforced.
Alex at first had said : 'send me pictures of the bed, and a copy of the receipt. I immediately did so.
No call back, as promised. I call back the next day: to which he replied that he did not own that location that was on the receipt. I said " How long have you had this cell phone #?', he said 'Ten Years!'
I explained to him that I had saved his # from the transaction, just in case I needed it later, and that this is the number that was on Craigslist under 'Miami: Furnture'. Then he said he would call back. again.
One week later without a reply back, I called him back, again. No answer, so I left a message. No call back from the message.
I called the #'s on the receipt, and the Spanish person said he didn't speak English ( yet he answered the phone in English) and that he would have an English - speaking person call back. No call back again.
The bed has a huge depression in the middle of the Queen-sized bed - which is very curious, because I am the only one sleeping on it, and I always sleep on one side of the bed ! The bed is absolutely clean.
I called back the # on the receipt, and the guy immediately replied that the mattress was too dirty to take back.
Yet, I did not send him any pictures, so , how did he know to say this? Alex told him what to say, because Alex was the only one that I had sent the pictures to.
They are a SCAM !!! Do not go there ! They will not honor their Warranty, and they keep changing their Company name to avoid repercussions. They are at:
