On 07/06/2012 I signed into a Guarantted and binding contract rate with White Glove moving for a move from California to Arizona. My sales person was Jack. The contract stated specifically that on Monday 08/06/2012 at 8am I would be scheduled for a move from California to Arizona. The 1st available delivery would be from 08/07/2012 - 08/09/2012.

The move included just to name a few of the items included in the rate No charge for: tolls, mileage and or taxes. Proper placement of each piece of furniture, appliances, box or items in your desired location at the premises of the delivery address at no additional cost, basic disassembly and reassembly of furniture.

On 08/06 at 9am. No movers. After several calls and being told that they would not be there on 08/06 as promised because they had no truck;even though my move was confirmed, I spoke with the manager Tom. Who told me this was the nature of the business and I if I was not happy they would refund the money to me and I could find another mover.

I was told by Tom the "so called manager" that I would receive a discount and they would be there on 08/07 by 11:00am- Guarantted. 08/07 at 11:00am still no movers. I called back several times on 08/07 and was informed by Jessica that Tom was not in the office but would be in shortly. After about the third call to Jessica. I was then given the name and phone number of the driver Guy.

Guy shows up at 3:00pm. As soon as he see's me he says ok Kristen, before we get down to business lets talk about money. I said money.. what money? I have a contract. He said no that is your contract with them. But, I also have a fee.

He then attempted to tell me he charged for mileage on his own in addition to the contract I signed. I had to pull out my contract to show him I would not be charged for mileage. I knew this had to be a scam because he then asked me how much could I pay him.. can I give him something like $125.00, or $200.00?  I said I could not give him anything because it is not in my contract to pay for mileage. Guy then told me if I was not going to be in Arizona by Wednesday by 7:00am and if he had to wait for me he would just drop my stuff off in my garage because he had another job to do.

In addition, I found out after they left that they broken the legs off my couch and my entertainment center. Instead of disassembling llike their contract says they BROKE the legs off. never did they tell me this is what they did.

08/08 I am in Arizona at 6:45am. Guy shows up at 9:00am. I had to beg them to put my
furniture where it needed to go. All they did was place it in the room. I had to move it where it needed to go. They refused to place my boxes where I needed them to be. There reasoning was-"my furniture was too heavy, and if I wanted full service then I could pay them for the mileage". So, they dropped off all my boxes in my garage. Guy repeately harrassed me about the mileage fee. However, I signed a contract that included this service which they never abided to their binding contract, to this and other parts of their contract
